CREEW is a community-centered platform creating space for meaningful connection, creativity, and culture. We're seeking bold, curious, and collaborative individuals to join us this spring/summer as part of our internship team. Whether you're a student, recent grad, or someone looking to build new skills through mission-driven work, you're welcome here.
All roles are unpaid, remote, and designed to be flexible with a commitment of 5 + hours per week.
As our Community & Clusters Coordinator, you’ll help manage and organize the CREEW Discord server—writing channel descriptions, creating conversation prompts, and making the space feel active and welcoming. You’ll also support the development of “clusters,” or small groups formed through our quiz, by helping members find events and connect with people who match their vibe. This is a great role for someone who loves community building, digital culture, and making online spaces feel human.
You’ll support the planning and execution of CREEW’s digital events—like workshops, trivia nights, and hands-on experiences. This includes helping with Zoom logistics, tracking RSVPs, prepping materials, and engaging participants in chat. Perfect for someone interested in online experiences, facilitation, or digital event design. You’ll be directly supporting a lead and get to see how powerful virtual connection can be.
You’ll help source, pack, and ship materials for both our digital and in-person events. From interactive kits to printed materials, you’ll ensure our community receives what they need to have a seamless experience. You’ll also assist with RSVP tracking, prep checklists, and organization. Ideal for someone who loves staying organized and working behind-the-scenes to make things run smoothly.
You’ll help shape CREEW’s voice through blog posts, captions, emails, and other written content. Whether you’re writing an event announcement or helping refine quiz copy, you’ll support the storytelling that keeps our community informed and inspired. This is perfect for a strong writer with a feel for conversational, youth-driven language and a desire to write with purpose.
You’ll help streamline the backend of CREEW’s community by setting up automations and workflows that keep things running smoothly. This includes connecting tools like Discord, Flodesk, Squarespace, and Zapier to automate onboarding, RSVPs, and email flows. You’ll work closely with the team to build systems that reduce manual work and improve the member experience. Perfect for someone who’s tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and excited about building behind-the-scenes magic.
You’ll create graphics for social media, events, emails, and other brand touchpoints that reflect CREEW’s aesthetic and energy. You’ll collaborate closely with our Social/Media Lead to support upcoming launches, campaigns, and community activations. Ideal for a designer who’s into youth culture, minimal bold visuals, and storytelling through design. Animation or motion design skills are a bonus, but not required.
